With three days left in the deadline for 20 registered floats, the Bonnyville Santa Claus Parade is a go!
After many years since the last one, Santa Claus and a host of local businesses and groups will be cruising down main street again on December 5th at 5 o clock. The parade needed 20 floats registered by the 13th in order to avoid cancellation. In total 28 have signed up so far. With the minimum fulfilled, Organizer Vonda Worthman says there’s still plenty of time to register a float of your own. She says the committee will accept floats until the day before the parade. A little sooner than that would be ideal though.
