Lac La Biche County is looking for interested community clubs and schools to help clean up public property and roads as a fundraiser for their group.
As per policy, the first Saturday in May will be the set collection day and written applications will be accepted until April 21st. Make sure your application includes the name and contact information of the organization and the area you want to clean. You’ll also have to provide proof of general liability insurance to keep the lawyers happy.
The county will approve or deny your group’s request and will provide garbage bags, disposable gloves and safety vests upon request.
