Cold Lake RCMP have arrested what they describe as a mentally ill man who was pointing a gun at passing cars near the hospital this morning.
The 29-year-old from Big Island Lake, Saskatchewan was taken into custody after some negotiations with officers. He is facing several firearms related offences. No shots were fired and no one was injured during the incident.
