An arrest warrant has been issued for 20-year-old Daphne Stoyles of Bonnyville for failing to appear in court on Tuesday.
In addition to failing to appear in court, Stoyles is also facing twenty other charges, including possession of a controlled substance, possession of forged documents and fraud.
