One Cold Lake man appears to be trying to break some kind of record, managing to get arrested for the third time this year.
Aaron Capp was found to be breaching conditions of his previous arrest during a traffic stop on the 16th. He was previously arrested in August in relation to a drug bust where he faced 8 charges of breach of recognizance and possession of a controlled substance. Before that in March he was charged with 9 drugs and weapons related offences.
Capp is currently out on a thousand dollars bail and will appear in court on January 26th.
