November is Family Violence Prevention Month. The Dr. Margret Savage crisis centre will be holding a candle light vigil for victims of domestic abuse outside its offices on Monday.
The vigil will be held at 7 o clock and include a moment of silence. Program Co-ordinator Shavona Belyk says the vigil hasn’t seen the attendance the centre hopes for in past years.
