The town of Glendon is working on some new improvements to its famous perogy park, thanks to some new funding from the the MD.
The MD of Bonnyville agreed to contribute $100,000 to upgrading the park at its last council meeting. The new features will include a playground, skating oval, picnic area and wheelchair accessible washroom facilities.
The town hopes the improvements will drive more tourism to the area.
