Environment Canada says warm temperatures are bringing a freezing rain warning into effect for the Lakeland. The band of freezing rain is making its way across the province. It’s expected to leave Alberta later on this evening.
Environment Canada says roadways and sidewalks may become slick this afternoon. They are reminding drivers to slow down and follow safe driving precautions during the warning.
