Mounties in Cold Lake are looking for information after a robbery at a local marijuana store. Police say on the evening January 8th they were called to Clarity Cannabis on 8th Avenue after a man entered the store and demanded cash. He was carrying what police believe is a real gun and had his face covered during the robbery. He was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was hurt during the entire ordeal.
The RCMP says the suspect was about 5-foot-eleven inches tall, Caucasian with blue eyes and light coloured hair. He is shown wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans with darker shoes.
Mounties are releasing surveillance pictures of the suspect. Anyone who may have information on the crime is asked to call the Cold Lake RCMP at 780-594-3302 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
