Break-in at Ardmore fire hall has mounties investigating

Cold Lake mounties are looking for help solving break-ins at the Ardmore fire hall. The RCMP is saying between the evening of November 12th and the morning of November 15th the hall had illegal visitors twice break-in. Sergeant Ryan Howrish of the Cold Lake RCMP says the suspects made off with some equipment that Ardmore firefighters need.

“We know that a Briggs and Stratton pressure washer was taken as well as some specialty fire department tools taken as well.”

Mounties believe that someone may have seen a vehicle or anything that may identify any potential suspects in the case. Howrish says they are looking for anyone to fill in the blanks and help their investigation.

“We don’t have too much information at this time but we’re asking the public to assist if they do have any information.”

Tips can be submitted to the Cold Lake RCMP at 780-594-3302 or online anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
