Bonnyville mounties say a man they stopped on Highway 28 was carrying methamphetamine. Mounties say the arrest came early in the morning on August 31st. Police stopped the vehicle near Glendon after noticing it looked like one tied to meth dealing in the Bonnyville area.
RCMP is saying a search of the vehicle turned up about one ounce of the drug as well as other items they say is used in trafficking.
A 47-year-old man originally from Cold Lake now faces possession charges and will see Bonnyville court on September 18th.
