RCMP are saying a raid on a home in Bonnyville has turned up personal information on over 200 people. Mounties say on July 8th they executed a search warrant on a house in town after a complaint from someone who says their credit card data was stolen.
Over the course of their search of the home, police say they found stolen credit cards, ID, cheques and more that could be used to steal identities.
A man originally from Kehewin is now facing multiple charges that include possession of stolen credit card data and forging ID cards. Mounties are saying they are currently contacting anyone who may be connected to the crime.
