RCMP have arrested and charged a 35-year-old Goodfish Lake man regarding the murder of 16-month-old Veronica Poitras of Cold Lake.
Police say the boyfriend of the child’s mother has been charged with second degree murder and will appear in court on Wednesday at 10 AM.
With the matter now going through the courts, the RCMP will not be providing any more details at this time.
