While the Bonnylodge is getting renovated, the Cold Lake Lodge is getting an entirely new building.
The ground has been broken to construct a brand new 61 unit structure, replacing the current 58 unit one.
Both projects are being funded with provincial money as part of a larger campaign. The government plans to spend 1.2 billion dollars on affordable housing and housing for seniors. 15,000 Albertan families are currently on the wait list for affordable housing.
