The St. Paul & District Chamber of Commerce is looking for antiques from Canada’s centennial as it makes plans for the nation’s 150th birthday.
A little known fact about St. Paul is that it was named the centennial star back in 1967 for starting over a hundred different projects in town to celebrate 100 years of Canada, including its famed UFO Landing Pad.
The chamber say they’ve gotten a few items already, such as cow hides from the year and farm plates.
Anyone with items of any kind from 1967 can bring them to the chamber.
