In response, Stoyles expressed her gratitude for Rogers’ guidance. “On behalf of town staff and myself, I want to thank Bill for his dedication, wisdom, and vision that have been invaluable to our team and to Bonnyville. Bill has been more than a leader; he’s been a mentor and friend who has inspired us to bring our best each day. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance these past few years and will carry forward the positive impact he’s made here.”
