A 28-year-old Cold Lake man is facing charges after being reported carrying an imitation handgun into a local restaurant. Police say they were called to the scene at A&W shortly before 8 a.m. Tuesday, when they spotted the man, a search revealed that the individual had a black air pistol.Â
Allan Nolan is now facing charges of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, three counts of failing to comply with a weapon prohibition and carrying a concealed weapon. Â

Nolan was brought before a Justice of the Peace and released on conditions. He is scheduled to appear at the Alberta Court of Justice in Cold Lake on June 19. Â
