As a result of the investigation, 46-year-old Leslie Alan Hillebrand, a resident of the County of St. Paul, has been charged with multiple offences, including four counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, possession of a weapon contrary to order, possession of suspected methamphetamine, and altering a vehicle identification number.

Following a judicial interim release hearing, Hillebrand was remanded into custody. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 23 at the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Paul.
