Cold Lake RCMP Seek Missing Man

Cold Lake RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 26 year old Kelvin Cardinal Jr. of the Elizabeth Metis Settlement. Kelvin Cardinal was last seen running into the woods at Township Road 583 and Highway 897 heading in a northeasterly direction. Kelvin Cardinal is described as:

Aboriginal.
5’8″ tall.
150 lbs.
Black hair.
Brown eyes.

Kelvin Cardinal is believed to have been wearing a long sleeve shirt or a light jacket, sweat pants and sneakers.
