Police Searching For Suspects, Truck After Aggressive Carjacking Attempt in Frog Lake

Elk Point RCMP are investigating after an extremely aggressive attempted carjacking near the Frog Lake Community Hall this morning.

A black truck tried to force another vehicle off the road. One of the occupants of the truck drew what police believe to be a gun and pointed it at the victim.. The truck with several occupant’s then sped away.

A truck matching the same description was involved in a break and enter in Laurier Lake before the carjacking attempt.

The suspect truck is described as:

· Black 4 door F150 ½ ton
· Severe damage to passenger side
· No passenger side mirror
· No license plate
· Dimmed passenger side headlight
· Something dragging beneath the vehicle

The male suspect in the break and enter is described as:

· Approximately 6’0”
· White hat
· White hoodie
· White shoes
