Lyle Victor Albert Centre to Be Demolished As Part of BCHS Modernization

As Bonnyville Centralized High School undergoes a massive modernization project, a local landmark of the Bonnyville arts scene will be saying goodbye.

The Lyle Victor Albert Centre is expected to be demolished sometime next year. The new BCHS is planned to have a theatre where the current gym is to replace the old building. There are hopes to collaborate with community groups to get the most out of the space.

It’s expected the Centre will be demolished in six to nine months from now.
