RCMP Training on 4 Wing This Week

4 Wing Cold Lake is hosting RCMP training exercise this week.

Approximately 116 members of the RCMP will  be conducting tactical training at the base from May 1st to 5th. The training will take place at a variety of locations, including the grass area nearest the intersection of Kingsway and Queensway, the parking lot next to the Warrant Officers and Sergeants Mess and the field behind the 4 Wing Campground. The purpose of this training is to conduct annual tactical training and certifications.

Cold Lakers can expect to see RCMP and Military Police members conduct simulated riot control training along with a variety of other activities. Traffic in the vicinity of this training is not likely to be impacted.
