NLSD Enrolment Dips

Despite being down, enrolment at Northern Lights schools for this year is about what the division expected.

Superintendent Rick Cusson provided the Board with the Division’s official student enrolment numbers for this year at the board meeting on October 12th. Official enrolments are based on the number of students attending school on September 30th. The Division’s official enrolment for 2016-2017 is 6,035 students. That is 14 students more than schools were projecting, but is 152 fewer than the number of students enrolled on September 30th of 2015.
