Guiness World Record for Longest Cello Playing Set in Bonnyville

The world record for longest cello playing was has been broken in Bonnyville. On December 19th and 20th, The Bonnyville Baptist Church was host to Carel Henn as he attempted and succeeded in breaking the Guiness world record for longest cello playing. Henn, world renowned cellist from South Africa, broke the record by playing his cello for 26 hours. The event also served as a fundraising for the church’s annual mexico mission, which raised nearly $6000. The church plans on using their money on their mission to aide a Mexican orphanage.
