Fire Advisory Issued for MD of Bonnyville, Ban in Lac La Biche

Two areas of the Lakeland are back under fire warnings following dry conditions.

A fire advisory has been issued for the MD of Bonnyville. No new fire permits or fireworks permits will be issued at this time. Previously issued permits are still allowed and small fire pits and barrels are still OK as well.

Lac La Biche County however, is under a full ban. No burning of any kind is permitted and all issued permits are revoked.

All other jurisdictions in the Lakeland are free of any warnings at this time.
