Dr. Margaret Savage Crisis Centre Opens New Bonnyville Office

The Dr. Margaret Savage Crisis Centre has officially opened its new office in Bonnyville.

The centre has hired a new outreach worker specifically for the area to provide one on one support and other services for men, women and children affected by domestic abuse. The Centre’s Director, Susan White says Bonnyville accounts for about a quarter of their clients and that this new office will make them a lot more accessible. “Being able to contact Sylvia (the new worker in Bonnyville) will make it a lot easier for people to just call and ask a question or she can meet them for coffee and let them know what options are out there and what supports and what resources are in Bonnyville.”

If you yourself could use Sylvia’s help, you can contact her at [email protected] or by phone at 780-826-1646.
