Bonnyville RCMP Report Two New Vehicle Thefts in Past 3 Days

The Bonnyville RCMP are on the lookout for four stolen vehicles in the area right now, two of which were stolen in the past few days. Anyone who has seen a vehicle matching any of the descriptions below is strongly encouraged to call the detachment.

On March 10th, 2016, the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a complaint that a 2007 Kia Sportage, Blue in colour, with Alberta license plate of #BSF3749, was stolen from a rural residence near Township Road 634 and Range Road 464 in Iron River, AB. This vehicle is still outstanding.

On March 15th, 2016, at approximately 6:00 PM, the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a 911 call for service reporting that a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500, Red in colour, was stolen from a work site just east of Bonnyville, AB. The vehicle was recovered later that day, damaged. This file is still under investigation and was observed driving through town before it was ditched and then recovered by police. The Bonnyville RCMP are asking anyone with information regarding this theft to contact the police.

On March 16th, 2016, at approximately 5:30 PM, the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a 911 complaint of a break and enter to a residence on Lakeshore Drive in Bonnyville, AB that occurred sometime during the day. The homeowner reported that money was missing from his counter and his 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer, red/ burgundy in colour, with Alberta license plate of #ZXN717 was stolen. Police are asking the public to come forward if they have any information regarding this break and enter.

On January 19th 2016 a 2007 Dodge Ram, Grey in Colour, with Alberta license plate of #91L346 stolen from a rural address north west of Bonnyville, AB. This vehicle is still outstanding and police are asking the public to come forward if they have any information about the whereabouts of this vehicle or the theft.
