The town of Bonnyville’s budget open house last week is paying some unexpected dividends. A citizens’ committee has been formed to see what can be done about the local pool.
A group of people stayed after the open house to discuss if a new pool could be built. While the price tag is a little too steep for council, the committee will see if they can fundraise and lobby the private sector for investment.
