Massage Therapy Courses Coming to Cold Lake

Lakelanders who want to pursue a careeer in massage therapy will soon have a local option.

The Red Deer-based Northern Institute of Massage Therapy plans to open a campus in Cold Lake in March or April of next year.

The institute plans to start by bringing staff from Red Deer up to Cold Lake, then hiring assistants locally before bringing on local instructors.

The campus will offer all of the programs availible in Red Deer, which currently has between 80 to a hundred students enrolled.
