Pack the Police Car back: Bonnyville RCMP

The Bonnyville RCMP are again looking to fill up one of their vehicles for a good cause. The Second Annual “Pack the Police Car” is set to go Saturday, November 30th at the Sobey’s in town.

Mounties say on that day residents can stop by, make a donation to the local food bank and chat with officers while kids and kids-at-heart can have a peek inside the police trucks.

Last year was the first time the detachment tried the food drive and it was a success, netting just under 3000 pounds of food. Mounties in Cold Lake hosted a similar fundraiser the last holiday season as well.
