Cenovus Energy has Returned to Work at its Foster Creek Facility

Normal operations resume at Cenovus’ Foster Creek  facility that was temporally shut down due to the Cold Lake Air Weapons Range Fire. The fire has been classified as held for the past 3 days and has a guard set up to protect the facility and its workers. Cenovus expects the shutdown to cause a second-quarter production slump of 10500 barrels per day, averaging that out on the entire year will work out to a decline of 2600 barrels per day.
