22 Year Old Woman Arrested for DUI after being Throwing CDs out of Vehicle

The Bonnyville RCMP received a 911 call on May 22nd 2015, regarding a vehicle traveling into Bonnyville with a female hanging out of the sunroof and throwing CD’s.

When the vehicle was located by police and a traffic stop was conducted. It was discovered that both the driver and the passenger were intoxicated which resulted in the driver, a 22 year old female resident of Morinville, AB, being arrested for Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle.

The female was demanded to provide samples of her breath then transported to the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment to do so which resulted in readings over twice the legal limit.  The female was released once sober after being charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Impaired Operation over 80 along with a drivers licence suspension and vehicle seizure
