Reading Garden Will Open at Cold Lake South Library

The Cold Lake South Library will soon featureĀ a Reading Garden. The garden will be an outdoor space with various types of horticulture, such as flowers, that’ll surely bring serenity to the library.

Chairperson for the Northern Lights Library System, Vicky Levefbvre, says the garden comes thanks to a generous donation. “Enbridge gave us $10 000 so that we could open up a reading garden outside,” Lavefbvre explains it’ll bring that little extra to the library, “it’s just another atmosphere for people to enjoy those words or whatever else they’re doing.”

The garden should be open for the summer season. For more on Cold Lake Library programming visit The Events Section.
