Cold Lake student heading to Grey Cup

A Cold Lake High School student will be getting a VIP Grey Cup experience. Cole Priestley plays football at CLHS. He has been selected to join a group of 70 students from across Canada in the Nissan All-Canadian TITAN team taking part an exhibition game on Saturday, November 24th as part of the 106th Grey Cup in Edmonton.

The players were chosen by a panel of celebrities including CFL commissioner Randy Ambrosie and Hall of Fame player Geroy Simon. The process looked at factors like toughness, ambition and notability both on and off the field.

Priestley was the only player chosen from the Lakeland and one of 12 representing Alberta. The 106th Grey Cup kicks off Sunday, November 25th at 4 pm.
