Lac La Biche has begun the delayed storm outlet improvements.
The project will see construction crews working on Churchill Drive from 101 to 105 Street, as well as in McArthur Park. The county says barricades will be up in this area for both drivers and pedestrians, which may cause traffic delays. The walking trail along the north side Churchill Drive also will be closed on an as-needed basis.
They asked that people proceed with caution in the construction area. Anyone with concerns or questions about the project is asked to contact the county.
