Street light installation starts end of August in Lac La Biche

Street lights will be installed starting August 27 in Lac La Biche. The lights will run along 101 Avenue from Beaver Hill Road to 100 Street.

The installation will take place through to October 15 with the help of Fortis Alberta and contractor Valard. There will be barricades around the construction sites to protect residents and traffic lanes will be restricted, which may cause delays for drivers.

The Hamlet is asking drivers and pedestrians to take caution during the construction, as well as obeying all signs and flag persons.
