Update- Missing Elk Point youth found safe

Update – 15 year old Avery Turner has been found safely. The RCMP would like to thank everyone for their assistance. 

Elk Point RCMP are asking for the public’s help finding 15-year old Avery Turner.

Turner is an Aboriginal girl with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5’5″ and 140 pounds. She was last seen in Elk Point on January 15th. Police believe she may be headed to Nova Scotia in a Red Chrysler PT Cruiser.

Anyone with information on Turner’s whereabouts is asked to contact Elk Point RCMP at 780-724-3964 or Crime Stoppers.
