Elk Point RCMP are investigating an animal abuse case in which a calf had been shot with an arrow.
It is believed the cow was shot sometime between September 23rd and 24th while in a pasture on a rural property on Range Road 63. The calf sustained minor injuries but has since recovered and is doing well.
