Lac La Biche Surveying Every Business in County

The County of Lac La Biche is partnering up with the local Chamber of Commerce and Community Futures branch to conduct a survey of every business in the area.

The survey is being undertaken to get a snapshot of the business climate in the region, create a business directory and provide a benchmark to compare future growth. A team from Community Futures and the Chamber of Commerce are conducting the survey and businesses that are unavailable will receive a “call back” card. All results will be released in the coming months.

“It’s easier to keep jobs than to create new ones”, says Liv Rasmussen of Community Futures Lac La Biche. “Our survey will also help us evaluate the workforce and will show us business trends that we can capitalize on in the future.”

The survey can be found at: www.llbbusiness.com
