Police Investigating Child Abduction Attempt in Fort Kent

On May 31st at approximately 6:00 p.m., a 7 year old girl was playing with some friends on 49th street in Fort Kent, AB. A male operating a quad approached the group and asked the 7 yr old girl if she wanted to take a ride with him. When the child refused the male took a picture of her and her friends and departed.

The suspect was not known to any of the children and he is described as:
Caucasian
Black or Grey T-Shirt
Blue jeans
Short black hair
The quad is described as:
Red in colour
1990’s Honda 4 Trax 300
Black box on the back
