Farming Safety Session on Thursday

With another farming season getting underway, the Glendon Agricultural Society wants to give farmers a refresher course on safety.

The society is providing a free breakfast on Thursday at 8 AM at the RCMP Century Hall, featuring guest speaker Curtis Weber.

Weber was put into a coma for six weeks with no hope of survival when he was electrocuted at just seventeen years old. However, after waking up and six years of on and off hospital visits, he made nothing short of a miraculous recovery.  Weber will be discussing the decisions organizations as well as individuals make and how they can impact family and friends. He now has eleven years of safety experience and education under his belt.
