The City of Cold Lake is marking Public Works Week later this month with their annual Community Clean Up on May 27th.
Volunteers can clean up any area of the city they decide to whenever is most convenient for them. The city will provide you with gloves and garbage bags and provide pick up for any garbage you collect. Contact city hall at 780-594-4494 if interested.
A few other Public Works Week events are scheduled on the 27th as well. The Toxic Round up will be collecting dangerous waste at the Public Works Shop from 10 to 2 and the Water Treatment Plant will be holding an open house from 12 to 4.
