Elk Point RCMP Looking For Two Suspects in Break In

Elk Point RCMP are investigating a break-in that saw a shotgun among other items stolen.

at around 8 in the morning, two suspects arrived at the rural home and got in through the garage. Once inside, they took a Sony television, sound bar, iPad, laptop, jewellery and a shotgun. The shotgun was secured with a trigger lock.

Outside, the suspects abandoned a stolen truck on the property and stole a grey 2000 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab with black push bar and chrome railing around the box. The stolen truck displayed Alberta license plate 29J928. The suspects then departed in an unknown direction.

 

Male suspect #1 is described as:

  • Middle aged
  • 5’10”, medium build
  • Dark jacket, hat
  • Wearing shorts with boots

Male suspect #2 is described as:

  • Younger 15-25 years old
  • 5’7”, slim build
  • Dark hoodie, dark pants
  • White sneakers
