The Lloydminster RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 12 year old Tiara Harper.
Tiara was last seen at the Lloydminster Hospital on Tuesday. She is First Nations, has brown eyes, long brown hair, is 5’6″ and 148lbs. Tiara was last seen wearing a white and blue jacket, a pink long sleeve sweater, grey sweat pants and black runners. Tiara is known to be in Lloydminster and Onion Lake, Saskatchewan.
