Last Suspect in Goodfish Lake Assault Arrested

The last suspect in the March 11th assault case in Goodfish Lake has been arrested.

Following continued investigation, James Tory Jackson turned himself in on April 10th. He was arrested by Edmonton Police Service in Edmonton on his outstanding warrant for Aggravated Assault and Possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose.

Jackson was remanded into custody and his next court appearance will be in St. Paul Provincial court on May 4th at 9:30 a.m., via CCTV.

As this matter is now before the courts no further updates will be provided.

The victim in the assault was rammed off the road on March 11th, pulled out their vehicle and beaten.
