While it’s been a cold winter, it hasn’t been one with a ton of snow pouring down either.
The MD of Bonnyville has announced that the cross country ski trails at Muriel Lake will not be groomed or tracked this year. This is due to the limited amount of snowfall throughout the winter.
However, the trails can still be used for hiking and snowshoeing.
