Jaime Delane Wins Cold Lake Billboard Contest

The City of Cold Lake has announced a winner in their billboard contest.

Jaime Delane will have her picture put on the city’s billboard in Edmonton for a tourism campaign. The picture of her with a fish she caught will be paired with the city’s tagline, “This is Our Rush Hour.”

The city had such a good response they’re thinking about holding a similar contest again. The city’s released a few guidelines to help yout entry become a winning one next time.

– Making sure there is a person (or multiple people) in the photo
– Being able to see faces of the people
– Having a clear shot with good lighting

The city is also going to contact a few other people whose submissions they like as well. They have plans to use them in other materials.
