A 15-year-old has been charged after trying to flee from police who were investigating a stabbing in the MD of Bonnyville.
The teen suspect fled in a vehicle which slid off the road and hit a pole shortly after. He is charged with aggravated Assault, Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public, Dangerous Driving and Flight from Police.
The victim of the stabbing was transported to a hospital in Edmonton for treatment of his injuries and is in stable condition.
