St. Paul Canadiens Seeking Volunteers for Provincials

The St. Paul Canadiens are hosting the Junior B Provincials from March 30th to April 2nd this year and although most of the 230 volunteer positions have been filled, there still are a few spots that need more bodies.

The four-day tournament will feature eight teams from Alberta’s six regional Junior B Leagues with the winner advancing to the Keystone Cup for the top prize in Western Canada. The Canadiens are guaranteed one of the spots as hosts. Most the games will be played at the Clancy Arena with another four being played at the CAP.

The organizers say volunteers are still needed at the gate, as well as the 50/50 and prize table. A meeting for all volunteers will be held two weeks prior to the event to make sure things are still in order.
