Fatal Accident Near Glendon

Bonnyville RCMP are reporting a fatal traffic accident Southwest of Glendon occurred on Saturday.

Police say a Ford pickup truck was travelling Eastbound on Twp Rd 604, failed to stop at the Stop sign at Hwy 881 and was t-boned by a Southbound GMC pickup truck.

The driver, and lone occupant of the Ford, a 65 year old male from Glendon was pronounced deceased at the scene. There were 4 people in the GMC, two of whom sustained minor injuries. An RCMP Collision Analyst attended the scene and the matter is still under investigation.
